Una historia de amor inolvidable, pero lo más interesante de esta novela son sus dos protagónicos: Juana Champion y Mr Dalmain, personajes a mi ver contrastantes. La honorable Juana es en realidad tan virtuosa? El bohemio Dalmain es el niño que todos creen? El descubrimiento de Dalmain se convierte en un acto de fe, una realidad indiscutible, pero para Juana rodeada de un muro de convencionalismos y de prejuicios esa verdad se convierte en una pesadilla de la que a duras penas logra escapar... Lo recomiendo para aquellos lectores que gustan del arte, las artes plásticas en particular, y por supuesto de una historia de amor que seguro no olvidará.

Leí esta novela cuando tenía 11 años de edad y desde el primer momento me cautivó. Recuerdo que no pude dejar de leerla hasta que la terminé. Está exquisitamente redactada y te hace transportarte en imnumerables ocasiones a compartir escena con los personajes principales. Fué escrita hace más de un siglo y sigue siendo aun hoy en día una de mis historias favoritas. Llena de entrega y sacrificio por la persona amada. Se las recomiendo!

Amazing

I finished the entire line, from War of the Fae book one, in about two weeks or so, finishing this one in one day. I absolutely loved these books. They were very well written and the story had me hooked from the beginning. I'm not one for detailing the story line in reviews-- so I will leave it at this: I couldn't stop myself from compulsively buying the next book in the series around 4am, sometimes, just to keep reading. I lost quite a bit of sleep on this series, which was suggested after I had read the available Apocalypsis books. I am definitely a fan of Elle Casey.

I ESPECIALLY like the Gaelic spoken in this book! :)
I began by reading War Of The Fae Book 1 and became an addict, I have now read 99% of everything she has written and PEOPLE IT JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER, War Of The Fae, Apocalypsis, Wrecked....It doesnt matter, Just read what this Woman rights!!!

I read the entire "series" ..both the Fae and the Otherworlds. I will read about anything, and once I start a book, no matter how much I dislike it, I will see it through. First, let me establish, that this is not a series. Really, it should have been 2 books, but more later. Honestly? Not sure how these got such rave reviews. The characters lack true depth, and the main character Jayne, is pretty much obnoxious, however somehow in fantasy dream guys find this trait appealing. I think I read most of the book, hoping that she would change, but no, it didn't. She stayed pretty much the same-sarcastic (but not in a witty or funny way, more in like a 4th grader way) ridiculous, selfish, and generally just annoying. I thought she would gain some depth and become a multi-dimensional character, but alas, not so much. There are lots of inconsistencies in the stories, for example things that the fae don't understand because they are modern terms, but then they will use phrases that are semi-current a page later. That might seem like I am picking however, I feel that a good writer does this. The concept is good, nothing insanely original, however its another authors take, and found it to be non-repetitive of other fantasy books I have read. I felt that this book was written more as a high school project to turn in by a deadline. Realizing now that this author churns out books every month, I can now see why it was lacking and why there are 6 books instead of 2. If I didn't have compulsive issues then I would have stopped after the first book. I appreciate that the author is publishing books, and realize plenty of people enjoy her stories, but for me, it didn't work so well.

Dr. Patrick T. Conley is currently an attorney in Rhode Island and has handled more than forty Supreme Court appeals since 1979. Prior to this, he was a Professor of History and Constitutional Law at Providence College for thirty years. Dr. Conley was a research advisor to the Constitutional Convention of Rhode Island. He holds a doctorate in History from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from Suffolk University.

Justice Robert G. Flanders, Jr. is a former Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He is currently a partner at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP.

Fascinating book...stunning information

Finally!! Some clarity is brought to the mystery of the return date for Nibiru. I loved this book as I have read many books on the return of Nibiru and this one is the most rational and thoughtful. Mr. Roest has done his research and gives the reader historical, astronomical and solid scientific evidence which reveals the returning cycles of Nibiru as it passes close to our planet earth. He pulls on many ancient texts, pictures and geological evidence for the dates of the cycles and the mystery of Nibiru is revealed. This is a book written for the lay person and I found it extremely interesting and informative. He is writing his next book now "The Unbelieving Bible" which should be out this year. I will be first in line for that one! Don't pass this one up....

Dan Friedman is Counsel to the Maryland General Assembly in the Office of the Attorney General, and is a lecturer and adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Law, where he teaches state constitutional law, constitutional interpretation, federal constitutional law, torts and appellate advocacy.
