Not one of her better books

Pamela Kazmierczak normally writes well-written cookbooks and you will normally find plenty of useful recipes. Unfortunately her 35 Chinese Recipes for Weeknights - The Easy Chinese Recipes Edition did not meet her normal writing standards. You will find some minor editorial errors and the recipes are not all that appealing.

Easy easy easy and so good....many more recipes than I thought I would get....so many great ones and simple to do. So if your home and craving some great chinese just give this book a try and you will be pleased.

Overall the recipes structured well. Tried some of the fried rice, but without the picture, we can't really compare if this is how the real outcome looks like. It would be much better to have a picture with cookbook.
