Kindle Edition contains none of the critical texts
By Paula Geyh
The Kindle edition contains none of the critical texts (introductions to plays, etc.) that are part of the hardcover edition, so what you have here is a generic version of the plays, with no notes or other features.

Kindle: To lack, or Not to lack. That is the question.
By J. F.
The Kindle version does not live up to the product the reviews claim it to be. Which means the Kindle version is literally a bare bones edition. The table of contents takes you to just the beginning of a play, no ability to jump to particular scenes let alone acts. No notes to help today's readers either.
I also found formatting errors when trying to read Hamlet. I stopped at the first few "locations." The free Shakespeare app for the iPhone is really put together. Now if we can only get a good quality with notes for the Kindle.
